At the end of 2016, the founder and chief-principal of The South African School of Paralegal Studies (SASPS), Dr Günter Pabst announced his retirement. He has handed over the reins to the principal of The South African School of Paralegal Studies (Gauteng & North West), Dr Danie Van Zyl. As from January 2017, SASPS (Gauteng & North West) has taken over all business from SASPS Cape Town.
SASPS Cape Town has moved from its previous premises in Rondebosch, but is still offering part-time evening classes, as a branch of SASPS (Gauteng & North West) at a new training venue in Wynberg.
